When you arrive, we’ll walk you through the check-in process and gather details about your pet’s symptoms. If immediate care is needed, we’ll begin treatment right away. Once the exam is complete, your veterinarian will talk you through what’s going on, what your options are, and the recommended next steps. If your pet needs to stay with us, we’ll keep you updated throughout their visit and make sure you leave with everything you need—including clear discharge instructions and records for your primary care vet.
