In an emergency, your focus is getting your pet here safely. We understand you may not have time to gather everything. If possible, bring any medications your pet is taking, recent medical records, and a form of payment. If your pet ingested something, bringing the label or packaging can be helpful for treatment.
We triage patients by urgency. Pets in critical condition are seen immediately, while those in stable condition may have a short wait depending on case severity. Our goal is always safe, timely care for every patient.
